  Attendance Rules for Swimming Sessions & Gym Workouts

  Child Admission to The Pools

  Under 8 years old

  For your own safety and for full enjoyment of your swim, we only permit a maximum two children, between the age of four and seven, to be accompanied by one adult (responsible person over the age of 16) into the pool.  Persons must enter the water with them at all times.

  Under 4 years old

  Children under the age of four will need to be supervised on a one adult to one child ratio.

  Any adult accompanying two children under the age of 8, one whom is under four years of age does so at their own risk.

  Under 3’s

  We strongly recommend all weak and non-swimmers are equipped with bouyancy aids.

  This policy is in accordance to ISRM Recommendations

  Terms and Conditions

  1. Customers are reminded that swimming is potentially hazardous and usage of the pools and participation in activities is at the patron’s own risk.

  2. All customers must observe and abide by the Centre’s admission policy.

  3. All customers must adhere to the pool use terms and conditions at all times. Any breach of use will result in the immediate curtailing of your session and you may be asked to leave the centre.

  4. Achieve Lifestyle endeavours to display correct and accurate information on this website however  cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies of product or price. The management reserve the right to alter or terminate any product, activity, it’s availability or price at any time without prior notification.

  5. All bookings must be pre-paid in full and remain non-transferable and non-refundable.

  6. All activities are subject to availability and capacity which may be subject to change particularly during peak periods and on school holidays, bank holidays and over the Christmas period.

  7. Please refer to the website only for current messages about the pool sessions

  8. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your session time to process your entry for the session and to collect session band.

  9. Session bands must be worn at all times throughout the session.

  10. Spectators must use the designated viewing areas

  11. The entry ticket is valid for the site and session it is purchased for only

  12. One entry per ticket. They are not reusable.

  13. Pre-paid swimming tickets are non refundable

  14. Inflatable Sessions are for 60 mins - including changing times.

  15. Inflatable Session times are as follows:

  16. Session time 1: Weekends 14.30-15.30 & 15.30-16.30

  17. Session time 2: School Holidays (Tuesday & Thursday) 13.30-14.30 & 14.30-15.30

  18. Access to the changing rooms for session times is at the stated start time of the session

  19. Swimmers will be asked to leave the pool if they do not follow the required instructions from staff.

  20. Lockers in the changing room operate on a coin system. Tokens can be purchased from reception or a £1 coin can be used (returnable)

  21. Achieve Lifestyle reserves the right to cancel any event, to accommodate any unexpected complications. In such an event, we will provide an alternative session date within a six month period.  If a participant cannot make this event, they can carry their entry to another event of an equal or lower ticket value within the following 6 month period. No refunds will be issued.
      
      Gym Attendance Rules
      
      All customers attending the gym must have completed an induction
      
      Customers must notify staff of any changes to their health and wellbeing which could impact on their gym session
      
      Customers must use all machines and equipment correctly and as advised
      
      Gym workout sessions are non-transferable
